Woofglam Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equal to up to 100% of the quoted service cost.

Rebooking after a no-show may require full prepayment or deposit.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, we may have to cancel or shorten your appointment.

In such cases, the cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds

Because grooming is a personal service, we generally do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you believe service was sub-standard, contact us immediately (on site or via email) so we can assess and, where feasible, remedy the issue.

We may offer partial compensation at our discretion (for example, a free touch-up) but this is not guaranteed.
Cancellation by WOOFGLAM

In rare cases (staff illness, equipment failure, extreme weather), we may cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative times or a full refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled slot.
Deposit / Prepayment

For high-demand slots or new clients, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

This deposit may be forfeited in case of a late cancellation or no-show per the above policy.
