Woofglam Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equal to up to 100% of the quoted service cost.

  • Rebooking after a no-show may require full prepayment or deposit.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, we may have to cancel or shorten your appointment.

  • In such cases, the cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds

  • Because grooming is a personal service, we generally do not offer refunds for completed services.

  • If you believe service was sub-standard, contact us immediately (on site or via email) so we can assess and, where feasible, remedy the issue.

  • We may offer partial compensation at our discretion (for example, a free touch-up) but this is not guaranteed.

Cancellation by WOOFGLAM

  • In rare cases (staff illness, equipment failure, extreme weather), we may cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative times or a full refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled slot.

Deposit / Prepayment

  • For high-demand slots or new clients, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

  • This deposit may be forfeited in case of a late cancellation or no-show per the above policy.
